Kathleen Larkin

Articling Student

Kathleen Larkin received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2024. Prior to this, she graduated from Queen’s University in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History and English. During her time at the University of Ottawa, Kathleen worked at Pro Bono Students Canada’s Family Justice Centre as a caseworker. Her skills and knowledge in family law were further honed while coaching uOttawa’s Walsh Family Law Negotiation team, with teams placing 1st and 2nd in the competition.

Kathleen completed an internship at Shariff & Associates in the summer of 2022 and in 2023, returned as a summer student. She is looking forward to completing her articles at the firm and expanding her knowledge of family law and estates.

In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys spending time outdoors, spending time with friends, and continuing her longstanding volunteer position with Girl Guides of Canada.
