Tracy Burnett

After several years in administrative positions, Tracy took a break from her career to focus on being a stay-at-home mother. When she was ready to return to the workforce, she chose to further her education, graduating with Presidential Honours from both Durham College’s Paralegal program in 2016, followed by the Advanced Law Clerk program in 2017.

Following her graduation, Tracy joined Shariff & Associates, where she currently serves as the Senior Law Clerk. In this role, she manages a wide range of responsibilities, including scheduling court appearances, drafting legal documents, coordinating service, correspondence, and more. Tracy’s work at Shariff & Associates spans various areas of law, including family law, civil litigation, criminal law, estate litigation, and corporate law.

Tracy is experienced, professional and is known for her consideration, compassion, and attention to detail. She is dedicated to supporting clients and always strives to provide the best possible assistance.
